Buy a turbo kit for $4500-$10,000 and it will including everything required. Installing it is a different story. Rebuild the engine with stronger internals since it wasn't a turbo to start with. Really the better option here is the short life span of the sportivo with 141kw with a celica engine in it instead of the 100kw you could get a celica ZZR 1.8 put into it with 40% more power and a few external modds would see more headers, hi flow cat, sports exhaust so on.

You need a new car. That one is not worth turbocharging. You will need to do ALOT of work. Forged pistons (which means engine removal and teardown. You will need to get more fuel to the injectors once the pistons are changed and the turbo is installed. Likely you'll need a higher flowing fuel pump, bigger injectors, some computer tuning, and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Plus some way for the computer to handle the extra incoming air. Sometimes factory parts are not up to the task. That car will not be cheap or simple to turbocharge. Its just not worth it.
