it's not gonna be the TPS.
no spark would be either no 12v to the distributor (check ignition switch), or an ignitor, coil, pu sensor.
i don't have specific specs on the toyota 3Y engines distributor. but typical toy distributor specs for this era/generation are as follows;
coil primary is 0.4-0.5 ohms
secondary is 8.5-11.5 ohms
pu coil is 140-180 ohms
i don't have specs on the ignitor. that would be a straight r&r. they only cost a few bucks. trace the distributor wire back to the ignitor. don't know where they put these on the van.
