You've got a leak in your clutch fluid system. It's getting air/water in it, that's why your fluid is milky looking. You probably need to look into replacing your slave cylinder and master cylinder. It's about time with it being a 91' model.
side note: I believe your car has an internal slave cylinder which means the transmission would have to be dropped to replace it, if so, you might as well go ahead and replace the clutch, pressure plate, and throwout bearing while your at it. That will probably cost you about another $100 to $150, depends on if you do it yourself or not.
