I wouldn't put a turbo on it from experience my buddy had a 86 turbo 22re that was turbo'd factory he had a v6 he wanted to turbo also so we got a fully custom turbo set up that ran 2700 for everything minus tunning and intercooler. Lease to say it was a waist of money and time couldn't get it to run right even after shops tried to tune it go off the advice of that other reply and I JUST NO seriously it is not worth it to much money to many problems that motor did not come turbo'd for a reason and that's why Toyota only did turbo truck motors for 2 years. They all had problems even from factory.
