Default Need info on a 1990 toyota corolla?
I just wanna know if its a good car. im buying one for 100 bucks with 166k and mastercylinder has been replaced and brake line with 4 new tires. i wanna know how long can it last and can i drive state to state with it like 4 hour drives .it has sum rust and thats it

In general, they are good cars with an above average reliability, but the one you want will have its own unique history. If it was maintained regularly it might still be in good shape. If it was only fixed when something broke, it may be at death's door plus the rust is a problem.

It is one of the best choice compared to other brand of the same year. As long as it is serviced periodically as required, the engine should have no problem. But you have to be prepared that some parts may need replacement soon as the car is more than 20 years old.
