It's a V6, right? No sense having 4x4 w/ a V4. With the reputation damage that Toyota has lately, I think you can haggle a bit more. However, with that car, I think that's a very good price. If u r buying a V4 then lower the price about $1500 from that price. Now, base on my experience, after you buy a car, people around you would say "oh, you paid too much. If it was me, I could have gotten that for a much lower price." If that person is not ur family, punch him/her in the face. LOL.
