Why wont my Toyota Corolla start?

Default Why wont my Toyota Corolla start?
I put the key in the ignition and it just makes a clicking noise. the lights and the radio work but it wont start....could it be my battery? Please help

Its most likely your starter. Same thing happened to my moms car. If you take a wrench or a pipe and bang on the starter a little it should start. But you should get it checked by a mechanic.

sounds like your battery, jump it. If it is not the battery check the alternator to see if it is charging your battery. It could be a loose connection or a bunch of other stuff.

Rapid clicking noise, it is the battery. Get a new one.

You have an Autozone anywhere near you?















Take the battery out and take it to them and they















can test it for you free and let you know if the battery















needs replacing or not. If they say your battery is in















great shape then you might want to take off the starter















and take it back to autozone and have them test the















starter and see if thats whats causing the problem
