I don't recommend high output alternators, I recommend other alternators that have the amperage you need stock, for instance there are modified Denso units available that put out about twice what the stock one does, but may fail if used heavily due to the extra heat from the increased output, car alternators are only about 50-60% efficient so a 140 amp unit at full load is throwing off more heat than a standard 1500 watt space heater, and is doing it in the already hot underhood environment.
I would mount up a larger stock unit although you will probably have to have a custom bracket welded up. The GM CS144 and AD244 are both ~140 amps, the Ford 3G and 6G are 130 amps, and various Chrysler vehicles have Denso units like yours but in 90, 120, and 130 amps output, but they are externally regulated by the PCM and would require a voltage regulator if installed on your Toyota.
The 2005-2007 Land Cruiser has a 130 amp unit that may work too.
