Keep pressure on them. Call them everyday. When they cannot figure out the problem with a car under warranty, they will tend to "put it on the back burner."
This is more than likely a electrical sensor problem, and these things do take time to track down the demons. I hope they gave you loaner car to use.
In the Toyota manual it says that if you do turn on the car and VSC light is blinking, to take it straight to the dealer to have your system reset. VSC stands for Vehicle Stability Control. You can drive it with VSC disabled without hurting it, but this is a 2010, and you want all of your safety features working.
