Default How would I best go about installing a CD player in a 1986 toyota corolla?
I'm buying a 86 toyota corolla in a few days. I noticed it doesn't have a cd player. I don't want to install the cd player myself, but I was wondering if it's possible in this car, and how much that might cost? Or would I be better off installing one of those multi disk changers in the trunk and hooking it up to the front somehow? Obviously I'd prefer a cd player up front but if that's not possible, then other options/suggestions would be great.

id get an ipod connection hookd up to it. your better off with dat then a cd changer. much cheaper to do yourself if you ask me.

www.crutchfield.com is probably the leading support site for car audio. They should have all you need to put the player in whether it is an economy system or an enthusiast system. You can even talk to a rep on the phone to get the details.
