Car should be under warranty go show them and they will change out the radio. Common problem with the newer Toyotas as Denso makes these radios for them and quality and workmanship has suffered severely on Denso's part. You can also tap on the screen and see if the light will come back on but if it doesnt then its pretty much shot. Take it to Toyota before the light comes on and show them because if the light does come back on there going to tell you that they can not recreate the problem and wont change it out and once your warranty expires your pretty much on your own.
