If i remove Drl fuse (daytime running lights) will i still be able to turn them on...

Default If i remove Drl fuse (daytime running lights) will i still be able to turn them on...
...manually? (99 Corolla)? its pretty annoying how they're always on and i want them to turn on when i want them to.















the fuse is like a box and is hard to take off .. suggestions ?

If you remove the fuse, there will be no power for the lights. Period. None.

DRL have been proven to cut the chances of your car being hit by another driver who might not otherwise see you. I wouldn't find that kind of passive safety feature to be annoying. Since the bulbs are run at reduced power, there is little effect on lamp life.































I'd suggest that you not try to disable their operation or give an insurance company any reason to find you partially at fault if you are struck by another driver.
