99 corolla turn signals and hazrd lights do not work?

Default 99 corolla turn signals and hazrd lights do not work?
None of the lights work, and the inside blinker indicators are not working either. Is there more than one fuse that I need to look at?































I find one 7.5 amp fuse marked "turn" but it does not look damaged.

combo flasher or relay.































asuming this is not as a result of bulb replacement. wrong bulb?































FYI,















fuses can look good and still be bad. ohms check to confirm. or 75 cents to replace.
