iTS NOT going to have a battery, it has a bank of batteries and typically they are mounted center of the vehicle under some kind of removeable cover. this keeps the wieght centered and the balance of the car comfortable, battery technology is fast advancing, but has not caught up to the technology that needs power . Right now, expense is a large problem, many of the changes people are working on for storing energy use some extremely expensive metals which does not help make batteries cheap and readily available to everyone. Im interested to see how cold tempratures will play a part in electrical storage in batteries in the future. There are many people doing battery research its a matter of time now to see who has the next big breakthrough.
