...try Cataclean? my totyota corolla vvti 1.6 petrol failed MOT for emission catalytic lambadia failure..should i try Cataclean £15. or can anyone suggest someting else. the main problem with this vvti engine is that it drink engine oil 1 Litre every 50 miles and i think it causes the catalytic to be blocked with oil and fumes...and engine light is on as well, when checked it says..oxygen sensor, lymbidia , catalytic.. Please help, my Mot is expiring in next 2 days..

If your engine is burning 1 litre oil every 50 miles it is wrecked! With that amount of oil being burnt the cat and lambda sensor will be destroyed in no time.















Don't waste any more money it can never pass an MOT like that - scrap it and buy another car!































Even with a temporary fix to pass the emission test (which I doubt!!) then as soon as you get a police car behind you it will be blue lights, pull over, get that heap off the road!

Hi forget spending silly amounts of money on a an additive save up and get the engine fixed.
