Reset 2000 Toyota Celica after replacing battery?

Default Reset 2000 Toyota Celica after replacing battery?
I have a 2000 Toyota Celica. The battery was disconnected and now all the lights in the dash blink on and of as I drive. How do I reset the on board computer? Detailed instructions would be best, but any help is greatly appreciated!

I dont think replacing the battery will normally cause the lights to blink. i think you may have another problem - like a loose wire or a loose ground. Check the battery terminals and connections at starter and check the feed wire that goes from battery plus to the fuse block. Sometimes the wire gets loose at the feed post to the fuse block.
