Default Toyota Rav4 question. Please, answer. I need your HELP. Thanks!?
My friend wants to buy a used Toyota Rav4. He searched online and visited a few dealerships. He went into a dealership today and saw a 2008 Rav4 with 23,450 miles (Basic model, I believe). Upon negotiating, $16,500 is the lowest the dealer was going to go. Is this a good deal? Please, tell me. If this is a good deal, why? If not, why not? What is a good deal? Thanks!!!!
