If your going to give it a lot of boost not just a mild 5psi (like 15-20psi or so) you need to open up that exhaust. so you'll need to get an aftermarket exhaust. you'll also need 20 lb injectors to operate under those high boost conditions. you'll also need a re-tune the ECM/PCM after this or it won't run right. you get what you pay for so if you want cheap your not going to get much power from a aftermarket Air Intake, or from a chip. the cheapest thing you can do for moderate power gains is Intake, Headers, Exhaust, and a re-tune to get the most from it. even then its not going to be a race car. You should buy a turbo kit so you buy all the parts you need for the turbo at once. expect to pay from 4 to 6 grand depending on the brand. I've heard good things about Greddy
