Toyota Engine(?) Problems?
I own a 2003 Toyota Tundra TRD and I tried asking earlier about this problem but no one replied I'm guessing I didn't describe it right. Anyway, the truck is amazing, I mean I somehow last winter ended up on a guardrail because black ice sucks. MOVING ON, my truck's been recently making a "fun" noise, to describe it, its like the noise you get when you try to change gears in a manual and you start grinding gears. My truck is a V8 and automatic transmission but for some reason it makes this noise on certain RPM's, the thing is someone said it couldn't be the RPM's but I've been watching the RPM's not the MPH.
If anyone can help me understand whats going on that would be great, I just got a notice in the mail saying that the Rear Cross bar? I guess where the rear wheels are need to be checked for rust. but if someone who's got experience with screwing around with taking cars apart to fix them could answer that be great, if someone has a link though for a "do it yourself" site that be even better.
