Default I own a 2003 Toyota Camry with almost 100,000 miles. What maintenance do I need to do when it
reaches 100k? With my car reaching higher mileage, I want to take good care of it so I can keep it well past 200k. What do I need to be doing to take good care of it and keep it maintained?

If the timing belt has not been changed, it is a bit past due already (90K miles) assuming you have the 6 cylinder engine. If the timing belt fails the engine will be severely damaged. The coolant should already have been changed once; if not, do it now. The water pump (in the 6 cylinder) is normally replaced with the timing belt. The transmission fluid can be changed as a matter of good form. That's about all.

if its not broken dont fix it. well except for the timing belt the other guy was right that can cause damage so make sure thats replaced. after that i would change the sparkplugs, and next time you run your gas tank down when you fill it up put in a fuel injector cleaner. make sure you change the oil more often around every 5000 miles. make sure you coolant is all good and radioator has no leaks. just try to keep everything clean and do basic matenance. most cars could last a million miles if people took proper care.
