Default My 1999 Toyota Camry's air conditioner only works on high. How can I fix this ?
When I turn on my air conditioner it will not fan out any air on medium or low settings. However,if i set it on the second to highest setting and drive for a bit and then turn it on high it will spit out frost, so i know the actual air conditioner is working. What could be the problem and how could I go about fixing it?

Yours is a very common problem - bad blower motor resistor - and will cost you less than $30 if you want to order the part from a dealer and swap out yourself. Easy access under the passenger side dash. Plug and play. See the link for some pretty complete pictures and recommendations. Use lots of dielectric grease on the contacts of the new one and it will never happen again.

Blower resistor is bad,cheap and easy to replace.
