I had a celica for my first car. It was. 2001 gt, it was dark blue automatic shift. They do not make them anymore. They stopped in 2005. I LOVED this car. It was a great first car. The gas milage it got was amazing. It was like 30 dollars to fill (gas was cheaper then of course, this was last summer) and it handled very well. The biggest problem I found was it was very bad in snow. I'm sure my driving played a role also, but the car was bad in snow. Maybe because it's so low to the ground? The second problem was how small the back seat are. If you plan on driving friends around, it won't be comfortable for whoever sits in the back. Other than that I had no problems with it. They are also easy to fix up or add body kits to if you are interested. I never did it myself but my friends did. I would recommend it as a first car
