The one you linked is essentially the same as the US 4Runner, yes.
In the UK, the "Land Cruiser V8" is also sold (click the "new cars" link in the top menu bar), which is equivalent to the US Land Cruiser.
For the record, the US Land Cruiser is not the same thing as a Sequoia. They share a motor, but not much else. The Sequoia is built on the Tundra platform.
edit: Eric P: the Prado is the same platform as the Lexus GX470 - not the LX470. I'm sure you knew that - just clarifying.
