Rav4 or Camry safer in windy conditions?

Default Rav4 or Camry safer in windy conditions?
My husband and I have to travel during Hurricain Irene. Wind gusts where I live could reach 40 mph. Both cars are less than a year old. Which is safer ??(including taking into account water on the road)

Camry with longer wheelbase won't tip over, but don't go through water up to a foot deep, they suck air or water in this case, from bumper level. Take the Rav 4 if you load it heavy and low center of gravity, nothing up high.
