Teddy Ho is right, socket sizes vary but there are standards, go to an auto-mart and buy a spark plug socket kit, they are pretty cheap and have various socket sizes as well as an extension to reach deep-set spark plugs.
You should not need to replace these spark plugs if they're the right kind of plugs in the first place. They should be platinum plugs and they will last- well, the platinum plugs in my 98 Corolla are still good since I put them in in '03 and over 70,000 miles ago. There's a correct socket you can buy from a car part store to undo your spark plugs using an extension to reach them.
Pull that plastic cover off the way they say in Chilton's Auto Repair manual. The library has Chilton's.
