Those do look like factory items in the picture. They are expensive to source directly from Toyota but if you do an e-bay search, sometimes you can find knock-offs that look almost the same.
Try JCWhitney. They have a lot of near-original equipment body parts and extras.

http://www.performanceproducts.com/ Toyota is one of the brands they specialize in. They won't look exactly like the ones in the picture but they have some styles to choose from. Their prices aren't especially low, but they have a pretty good selection. They used to have a Toyota-only catalog they would mail--I'm not sure if they still do.
