Well for one thing, don't start it up. If you do, you're going to have a big messy oil leak from the hole in the filter, and it'll be bad for the engine. See if you have some kind of strap that you can wrap around it tightly and try to pull it, if not maybe a big pair of vise grips, channel locks, something like that that you can get up in there, use those. If not you'll have to go borrow or buy a oil filter wrench that's used for removing filters. You're turning it the right way? Left to loosen, right to tighten.
