Is it OK to use Iridium Denso IK16 Instead of PK16TR13 for my Toyota Car?

Default Is it OK to use Iridium Denso IK16 Instead of PK16TR13 for my Toyota Car?
It's time to change the spark plugs of my car. The current spark plugs that are in it is PK16TR13. When i search the net i can't find them. Is it ok to use the iridium variety of the plug instead of the normal spark plug?. Iridium variety is IK16. My car is Toyota Primio AT210 (1998) model. I think it shares the engine common with Toyota Carina of the same year as well.

Iridium plugs are a whole lot more expensive than the standard plugs if that is a concern. They are supposed to last one HECK of a long time though.































I run the standard issue plugs in my Camry, and they are still good with 70K miles........on them.
