Yes you can. You can either take apart your old key or buy an entirely new flip style key (switchblade style).
The first source is for the case (you take your original key apart and install it into the case).
The second source is for the entire thing (case, transponder, chip). It's a US seller which is even better (assuming you live in the US).
As for the sources, the first one is just a quick Ebay search, I've seen a better one that shows you picture instructions on how to take apart your key and install it in the description. I can't find it just now but a bit of searching will have it pop up right away I'm sure. The second source is pretty good, as most of these are shipped form China or Taiwan and can take ages to arrive, so a US seller is a nice perk (again, assuming you live in the US
