it all depends on the year it is, the condition its in both inside and out and the miles. that's a lot of miles for a truck now i don't know much else but you better be getting it cheap. because other wise no. if you do get it for real cheap then you have to buy a all new complete motor and transmition, then you more then likely have to chang other things like shocks, springs, tires, gears, bushings, bars. these all come into play when getting a used old (really used) vehicle. and sooner or later you realize you got more then you bargained for. all in all depending where you go to get all fixed you'd probably spend a good 8 to 10 grand just fixing the darn thing. but any ways your decision not mine. hope this helps.
