Default What are the biggest sets of tires you can put on a 1998 Toyota Corolla?
i recently put new shocks on my corolla.....but i know it can go higher if i put bigger wheels on it.....and i don't mean rims!!!! i know Wat size there supposed to be which is 14". i want to know the size of tires.......help!!!















when i mean lift i mean make the back part higher......before wen i wood go over a speed bump the muffler would scape the ground. so put new shocks and its a lot better but want to put new tires....

It's pretty difficult to get extra height by adding taller tires on a car. As you increase tire height, you only get 1/2 of that increase in extra ground clearance. Meanwhile, those taller tires are killing your power, handing and fuel economy and making the speedometer read incorrectly.































You could probably fit some 205/65R15s but it wouldn't give you much extra ground clearance...maybe a centimeter.
