MR2 was always the better car, and Fiero is the original in its day, and always was the cheapo of the 2. Get good solid Fiero GT with V6 and try putting in an Oldsmobile Aurora 4.0 litre V8. Fieros are easily tweaked and while Toyotas are excellent there is little you can do with an MR2, there just aren't options, as it is foreign and older with low production, and never was a good platform for the hot rodder.
