If what you say is correct, you need a new engine.
Have a professional mechanic look at it. The tire guys have some idea what to look for, but they are not licensed mechanics.
It sounds to me like, when the camshaft stopped turning, a valve stayed full open and hit a piston.
I am not sure why you lost partial power first. If the belt broke, your engine should have stopped right there. It sounds like the belt skipped over some teeth on the sprocket before it finally broke.
If your engine is toast, look for a second hand or rebuilt. I expect that will be a lot less than rebuilding what you have.
You need more than a head gasket and a new timing belt..I thought that is a non-interference engine, but maybe not. If that is what happened I do not understand why manufacturers continue to build engines that destroy themselves like this. They know that timing belts break.
