110 psi should be enough to fire. the injector may be plugged up or dead. Take a long screw driver and put it on the injector and the other handle end against your ear. you should be able to hear the injector click if it is firing. If not clicking its dead - or not getting pulse from ECU. you could try running injector cleaner through the system and see if it fixes it. you could also switch the injector to another cylinder and see if the miss follows the injector. Get it clean or get a new one.
