lot of variables that need answers.
asuming you still have the oem 20r engine.
do you have spark under no start condition?- if not check ignitor or coil-both can breakdown under heat.
can you can start it, run it forever w/o issues? no hesitation, mpg, performance issues?
that would tell us if it's an auto choke issue. linkage binding? wd-40 & work it.
or some crap in the float bowl, partial obstruction in an orifice, carb itself has vacuum leaks. tighten every screw and bolt on the carb body (save a set screw). or rebuild the carb.
another point,
cold starts increase vacuum. so when warm general vacuum leaks maybe in play.
by wont start after warm, do you mean engine doesn't turn over or, it does but wont fire up?
if it turns over go back to the above. otherwise check all connections, starter, battery, lastly alternator then ignition switch(not tumbler).
