If it isn't broken, don't fix it. You haven't had the car long enough for a tweeter to get messed up and if one is, the warranty should cover it. Are you sure your car has tweeters in it?
If you must install the new tweeters pay attention to the connection, polarity and total impedance. I wouldn't go through so much trouble when all that's needed is to adjust the audio tone. If you really want improved sound replace the rear 6 x 9 speakers with some that handle more than 25 watts at 4 ohms and have a wider frequency response, with emphasis toward 40 Hz or lower. take pains to damp vibration on the rear deck.
