how come the temperature of my toyota van is rise if my velocity is up to 120km/h?

Default how come the temperature of my toyota van is rise if my velocity is up to 120km/h?
if i had a velocity of 120km/h,the temperature is higher than the original temperature.

Hi has the engine is working harder it is producing more heat and so it gets hotter.

Have it checked out. It should run pretty even and actually slightly lower at higher speeds. Your radiator is next to the engine instead of in front of the van so these vans can overheat easily if not properly cared for or cooling system components are wearing out (That's why the Estima/Previas have the radiator in the front). You might need a part replaced. These vans last a long time so replace what needs to be replaced and be on your way. Could be something as minor as a hose or thermostat, but get it checked out. BTW, you should visit Toyotavantech.com and Toyotavanpeople.com for info on your van. You'll have a newfound love for your van and you'll get advice from people who really know these vans.
