Default Max tire size on my '06 Tacoma?
I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma 4wd Access Cab and I want to know the absolute biggest tire size I can put on it. I have seen in several places that 265/70/R16 (which are on my truck now) is the biggest I can get, which I doubt. Also, what are the biggest I can get with a 3 inch suspension lift? Thanks!

It depends if you drive on uneven terrain and flex the suspension but I wouldn't go bigger than 265/75R16 (a little taller than yours) or 235/85R16 (tall & skinny).































With 3" you can fit 255/85R16 or 285/85R16.































Don't forget, you'll lose power and fuel economy as you increase tire size.
