charcoal canister on 92 toyota pickup pouring gas out of bottom tube?

Default charcoal canister on 92 toyota pickup pouring gas out of bottom tube?
we looked under truck when we smelled gas, a tube was hanging down with gas pouring out , couldn't find where it went , we put a small clamp on it , but it contiuned to leak,can not be driven.















I know this is a dealers part how much would one cost or would a used one work

the charcoal canister control valve is bad needs to be replaced. If bad for a while need to replace canister as well. Vent is plugged and that is why it is leaking.
