Default Celica gt vs gts 2000-2005?
Looking for a celica I've found the gt version pretty cheap stick shift ok miles and then I see the gts for about 2- 3k more so I can afford either but would I be better of getting the gt and using those 2-3 k on performance parts or just go with the gts..... BTW not met for racing just want nice car that's also fun

Well 3k for upgrades seems low if you want to perform better than a GTS, with $4k (turbo kit) you can have your GT 140 HPs to 210 HPs, which is not worth at all because you have 180 HPs on the GTS stock + 6 speed transmission instead of 5.































But, if you want to virtually do this to see the performance comparison you can do it with a car performance simulator, there you can race a GTs vs a GT with the mods you choose and so on, you can eve set up your weight as driver for real life results.

id go for the gts. with the gts you get valve lift which makes it a little more fun and you get that extra hp. moding a gt is fun and you could get alot of stuff into it for that money. but that 5 speed transmission is just annoying. that was MY deciding factor atleast when i got mine. besides, the gts is pretty fun anyway without many mods at all
