your going to have to be more specific... I am going ahead and assuming you mean a MK4 supra as seen in the Fast and Furious Movies, but as far as an EVO, you are going to have to be more specific... there have been 10 generations of evos.... you probably either mean the newest evo of the more "cut and boxyish" body style before it, they are both similar in performance, so we will just leave it be. Now you have to be specific on if there are any mods done to them and also what type of racing is to be done. i can tell you that the supra is a better car for high HP numbers and straight line performance, but if the right modifications and tuning is done to the suspension and how the power come in, the supra can be a very competitive track car while taking a corner.
post another question in this section so i can elaborate more... be specific when what year/bodystyle/generation car and if there are any mods and what type of racing.
