you'll need to removed the rear seats, both lower cushion and back cushions. then you'll need to remove quite a fair amount of rear interior trim panels in order to remove the rear tray (the part surrounding your rear sunshade)
the third brake lamp is mounted onto the rear tray panel, which is why it needs to be removed. this job isn't easy to do. i suggest you take the vehicle to a toyota dealership.
