Highly unlikely that the engine will pass emissions for California. If you live in California, then you're pretty much stuck with factory stock.

No, that car has a host of engine parts that are not CARB approved, so it will NEVER be legal. Plus, that is a show car. It's not a driver. Otherwise, it wouldn't look so ricey.
