There are several different fuses in the fuse box so you have to start with reading the fuse chart for each fuse. The fuse chart may mention dash, display, cluster or dash indicator lights these would be the possible fuse that is blown. The best way to check the fuses is with a voltage meter or 12 volt test probe. You'd need to ground the test probe clamped wire to the battery negative post or to a metal/ground surface. The basic plastic fuse usually has two pieces of metal one at each end that you'd touch the test probe tip to.The key should be in run and bec your dealing with the multifunction headlight switch you'd want to turn on the dash light switch.
Every fuse should at each end should be lighting up the test probe when touched and for example a fuse doesn't light up the probe at either end this maybe bec a switch/device isn't turned on or bec a fuse feeding that fuse is blown. If just one end of the fuse lights up the probe then the chances are the fuse is no good but always use the same type and amperage of fuse that the old fuse should indicate but also so should the fuse chart.
Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way since the same switch function that turns on the dash lights also may be feeding the marker light circuit check the marker lights all around vehicle and check any related fuses.
