Default "where are toyota cars made?"?
My friend at work told me toyotas are mainly made in america (the ones we drive) is he correct?

Most Toyota vehicles today are made in the US, Mexico and Canada. But there are still a huge portion of them built in Japan. For example, all the Scion and Lexus vehicles are built in Japan except the Lexus RX350. A certain percentage of Corollas, Camrys, Highlanders, and RAV4s come from there also. The only vehicles that are solely build and sold in North America are the Sequoia, Tacoma and the Tundra
