...gallon details below.? I have taken good care of this car for 21yrs, but in the last 8yrs getting about 10 miles a gallon. I do mostly city driving. Over the years I have taken it to 3 Toyota dealers and many auto techs. They can`t find any problem. In June 2011, I replaced distributor cap, rotor, wires, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, changed transmission fluid, etc. No change in gas mileage. The car runs great. I was told to put a tank of premium gas and take it for a good run on I 95. no change. On certain rainy days I have hesitation and stalling after a few blocks, it stops hesitating after it is completely warmed up. On other rainy occasions, I start it up, my radio has to be re-programed. There has to be someone who can diagnose this problem. When I worked had use of company car, in case your curious about low mileage. I am now a service connected disabled Vietnam Veteran and need car to run errands, go see doctors at VA medical center. I see no reason to buy another car.. Please, if anyone can help me, I would deeply appreciate it. Thanks.
