What should a coolant change in a suburban Northeast area cost for a coolant change (ethyl glycol) in a 2004 Rav4?

Roughly $100, parts and labor, unless they talk you into a coolant flush. If you have been maintaining your car on schedule (this is probably the first scheduled coolant change) a purified water flush is all it needs. Your 2004 Toyota takes pink Toyota Super Long Life (SLLC) coolant - accept no substitutes. It is expensive but not nearly as expensive as the deterioration that comes from using the wrong antifreeze.
