You can add the foglights and spoiler yourself failry cheap if you are comfortable with doing it.
For the foglights, it will not be a clean job. But you can stick the wire into the headlight fuse so that when you turn the headlight On, the fog light turns on. Keep battery unplugged while you are doing this.
As for power windows and locks. That will cost you. You would need to buy window and lock motors and mechanisms to install inside the door. It is a big and expensive job. I would say just deal with it.
