Yes it does. It should have a switch on the left side of the steering column that has multiple positions. on / off / park / and auto. The auto feature will run the lights during the day, but not in the "full on" mode (usually it runs during the day in the "parking light" mode). When the sensor that is mouted on the dash reads a low enough level of ambient light it will automatically engage the "full on" mode of light operation.
