Nothing. There is no tuneup for ignition any more. Plugs, wires and serpentine belts are good for three times that long. Just keep the fluids and lubes up. A few vehicles call for fuel filters, but most don't even need that any more.
Spark plugs go a lot longer than 32K. The only tune-up related items are to check the belts for cracking, and to check the air filter and either clean or replace. Other than that, it is just inspections of fluids and change oil and oil filter.
New air filter. The platinum spark plugs only need to be loosened and tightened to keep them from freezing in the head, but they will last more than 70,000 miles. There isn't anything else you can do.
what model year? the newer tacomas w the v6 engine (oil filter at the top) are equipped with factory 30,000 mile spark plugs. these should be replaced every 30,000 miles.
